Order Cancellations

Order cancellations prior to delivery will be subject to a restocking charge.

Delivered Items

Delivered items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Accessories

For accessory items purchased from our website and shipped via standard shipping: Feeders, Solar Doors, Playset Accessories (not including slides), etc., our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Email us at: luke.jhwoodworks@gmail.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. We will issue a Return authorization number (RMA) and, if needed, further instructions. . 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Note: Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
