We don’t just ship, we personally deliver and professionally install every product we build. Your delivery & setup fee shows up at checkout.

The first 50 miles from our workshop are on us. After that, it’s just $5 per mile. Here’s how it works out for you - at 100 miles from our shop, you’d pay only for the extra 50 miles so your delivery and setup fee comes to $250.

Bonus: we need a trailer-friendly path and a fairly level spot to work our magic.

Yes, little prep = smoother setup. Make sure the site is level and accessible. Clear any debris, brush, or obstacles so that the trailer can approach without trouble. If there’s stairs, steep inclines or narrow gates, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Bring it on. Whether you want a custom size, color, or layout, just tell us what you dream up. We love collaborating. Custom quotes will take into account materials, labor, and shipping. We’ll walk you through it so there are no surprises.

We stand by our craftsmanship. If something arrives imperfect like split wood, a scratch, or anything that looks off just tell us. We’ll assess and make it right. Our goal is you smiling every time you touch what we built.

Simple care goes a long way. Depending on outdoor or indoor placement, wiping it clean, avoiding standing water, using mild wood-friendly sealants, and periodic touch ups will keep it looking great for years. Ask us for specific recommendations based on your product & climate.
